To our Asian Pacific Islander colleagues and community members: Happy API Heritage month!

As you, and many others, have adjusted to this new normal, we’ve also been figuring out our way forward and what that means for our community. We’ve hosted a Queer Coffee Hour, have given Virtual Tours of the Census, and this month the API Caucus at the Task Force invites API individuals to join us for a CommuniTea Time.

So if you identify as Asian Pacific Islander, whether you’re LGBTQ or an Ally who is also API, we want to invite you over to share tea at our virtual table to see how you are doing. We’d also like to know what you’ve been up to or have planned for API Heritage month, and invite you to share one of your favorite teas, teapot, or even mug.

Space is limited, so please RSVP soon, but only if you’re able to attend. And whether or not you can make it this time, please let us know about your interest in future virtual events.
